All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed. 

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are:

  • 7–14 business days for standard delivery
  • Up to 20 business days during periods of high demand, holidays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or unexpected carrier delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external shipping conditions.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost
  • Provide store credit for the value of the item

We want every Little Chef experience to be positive and will do our best to resolve any shipping-related concerns promptly.

At Little Chef, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

Store Credit & Replacements

  • Replacements for items that are damaged, lost, or not delivered

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not provide refunds for:
