1 ripe banana

1 large egg

½ cup rolled oats
Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, yogurt, nut butter
Instructions
Step 1: Mash the Banana
Place the ripe banana in a bowl and mash with a fork until mostly smooth.
Step 2: Add Egg and Oats
Crack in the egg and add the rolled oats. Stir until well combined.
The batter should be slightly thick but still spoonable.
Tip: For smoother pancakes, blend everything in a blender for 20–30 seconds.
Step 3: Heat the Pan
Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Step 4: Cook the Pancakes
Spoon small rounds of batter into the pan.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles begin to form on the surface.
Step 5: Flip
Carefully flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
Stack the pancakes and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
